The room here is great - it's neat and has all you need like central heating, a work desk, and a TV. the staff are spot on - super friendly and always ready to help 🌟!

Location: the hotel was near very beautiful quite area as well as a big shopping center. I had coffee at Board Game Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk. Tbh, had a perfectly pleasant stay of 3 nights.

Excellent value for money, good breakfast, room OK. Perfect location, close to metro line 3, good connection to both the city centre and the airport. We had diner in a few restaurants nearby, very easy and a lot cheaper than the tourist-dedicated regions.

We didn't wake up on time the first morning, and arrived at breakfast 2 minutes late (10:02). We were allowed to eat, but the guy in charge looked really upset, not the best of welcomes...

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in this lovely city and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood, tucked away in a one-way alley, which made it surprisingly quiet considering it's near the bustling streets. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city with easy access to public transportation. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

therer was always somebody available at the reception desk to answer questions. Staff was helpful with making reservations for excursions and for airport pickup.

Coffee was terrible ... On Monday, no eggs for breakfast. Very thin walls, so neighbours could easily be heard. Room wasn't very clean. Bathroom (especially shower) needs to be renovated.

Nice and helpful receptionist, very convenient location about 200 m from a subway station, quiet at night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in an excellent location, right in the heart of the city. The hotel was conveniently situated near the city center, with easy access to public transportation. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and spoke English fluently. I was assigned a spacious room on the second floor, which even had a balcony overlooking a quiet alleyway. The room was clean and tidy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find three beds instead of the usual two. The hotel also provided breakfast, which included a variety of options such as cold meats, yogurt, cereals, and even lactose-free milk.

All was fine and I didn't encounter any major issues.

The hotel was well organized, my room spacious and clean, the staff very polite with good english and the location excellent - at a very quite road and 3min walk from a blue line metro station, the one that goes both to center and to the airport (you take bus 200 after). The breakfast was excellent and there is a pc with internet access at the reception hall. Closing, i asked them to check in very early and when i arrived my room was ready.
